The judge dismissed the plaintiffs' false-advertising claim and contention that Uber violated the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. She also dismissed a claim that Google, as an investor in Uber, conspired with the ride-sharing company. - Linda Loyd
