Korman Residential Purchases Newark, Delaware Property

Trevose, Pa. – Korman Residential Properties, Inc., one of the industry's premiere family-owned multifamily real estate firms, purchased Christina Mill apartments in Newark, DE, from Sawyer Realty Holdings. There are 228 apartments on the property. Effective immediately the property will be known as Korman Residential at Christina Mill.

Located two miles from I-95 off of Elkton Road, Korman Residential at Christina Mill offers one and two bedroom apartments. Property amenities include a pool; clubhouse with fitness center, sauna, and tanning room; and lighted tennis courts.

Each apartment has a washer and dryer, private patio or balcony, and large bathrooms and closets. Select apartments feature wood burning fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. Pets are welcome.

With the purchase of Christina Mill, Korman Residential Properties now owns two properties in Delaware. Korman Residential at Stratford, purchased in 2004, is located on Naamans Road in Wilmington. Both properties offer traditional apartments as well as short-term furnished suites.
