Korman Residential purchases Tampa area apartment community

Trevose, Pa. – Korman Residential Properties, Inc., one of the industry’s premiere family-owned multifamily real estate firms, purchased River Chase apartments in Temple Terrace, FL. The 776-unit property will be known as Korman Residential at River Chase.

Korman Residential owns 6,000 apartments in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. River Chase is the company’s first Florida acquisition.
