Weekend TV: 'Homeland,' Fey, Poehler & the Boss on 'SNL' and more

* HOMELAND. 9 p.m. Sunday, Showtime. Will Carrie (Claire Danes), last seen running into a railroad tunnel, manage to foil the terrorists' plans for a gas attack on Berlin's main train station? As Season 5 comes to an end, the danger seems all too real.

* HOMELAND. 9 p.m. Sunday, Showtime.

Will Carrie (Claire Danes), last seen running into a railroad tunnel, manage to foil the terrorists' plans for a gas attack on Berlin's main train station? As Season 5 comes to an end, the danger seems all too real.

* SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. 11:29 p.m. Saturday, NBC10.

Upper Darby's Tina Fey hosts with her friend (and "Sisters" co-star) Amy Poehler. And if that's not enough to keep you up past "Weekend Update," Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be there, too.

* THE WIZ LIVE! 8 p.m. Saturday, NBC10.

NBC re-airs the musical, the best of its three live efforts so far. Catch newcomer Shanice Williams as Dorothy, Mary J. Blige as the Wicked Witch and Queen Latifah as the fraudulent wizard.

* IMAGINE: JOHN LENNON 75TH BIRTHDAY CONCERT. 9 p.m. Saturday, AMC.

Peter Frampton, Kris Kristofferson and Philly's the Roots were just a few of the musicians who came together at Madison Square Garden earlier this month to honor the late Beatle, who would have turned 75 on Oct. 9.

* 2015 MISS UNIVERSE. 7 p.m. Sunday, Fox 29.

NBC cut ties to the pageant last year after Donald Trump's controversial announcement of his presidential candidacy. Trump's since sold the pageant and now it's on Fox, which is adding an "American Idol"-like twist, letting viewers vote. Seal, The Band Perry and Charlie Puth are set to perform.
