Courteney Cox's regrets . . .

. . . apparently include undergoing certain (unspecified) cosmetic procedures. The Friends alum spoke about the cost of aging in Hollywood during a trek on an episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls.

Grylls opens with a no-duh question: "Was there pressure [from Hollywood] to look a certain way, or not?"

Cox, 52, is frank.

"I think I was trying to keep up with being older," she said.

"You find yourself trying, and then you look at a picture of yourself and go, 'Oh, God, I look horrible.' "

Cox didn't specify what work she's had done. "I have done things that I regret, and, luckily, they're things that dissolve and go away, so that's good," she says. "So now, I have a new motto: Just let it be."

Naya Rivera's scary decision

Naya Rivera also discusses the pressures of a showbiz career in her memoir, Sorry Not Sorry. The Glee star reveals that she had an abortion during the show's run.

She found out she was pregnant shortly after she broke up with Ryan Dorsey.

She decided to put her career first, but she went on to marry Dorsey, with whom she now has a son.

The actor-singer tells People this was one revelation she was afraid to make in the book.

"It was very scary to open up about everything," she says.

"It's not something a lot of people talk about, but I think they should. I know some people might read it and say, 'What the hell?' But I hope someone out there gets something out of it."

We want 'Fantastic Beasts'

The film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter prequel, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which opens Nov. 18, leads movie-ticket site Fandango.com's survey of the most anticipated fall movies.

Other top vote-getters: Antoine Fuqua's The Magnificent Seven starring Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt is at No. 2, and Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange is in third place.
