A Spanish language teacher at Cherry Hill High School East has been arrested for exposing himself to a child, law enforcement officials announced Monday.
Cherry Hill police and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Jules Gross, 48, of Maple Shade, exposed his genitals Friday to a child under age 13 at the auto-care center of the Walmart store on Route 38 in Cherry Hill.
Gross' Linked In page says he is a graduate of Rutgers-Camden and has been employed by the Cherry Hill school system since 2001.
His page on Cherry Hill East's website appeared to indicate he escorted a group of students on a two-week trip to Spain in 2004. The page appeared not to have been recently updated.
Authorities said he has been charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child and released from custody with summonses.
Susan Bastnagel, public information officer for the school district, said Gross had been placed on administrative leave.
