Justin Bieber sets YouTube record

Justin Bieber's YoutTube Music Channel is the first to have two billion views

All hail to Justin Bieber!

All hail to the King of YouTube!

The Stratford, Ontario (that's in Canada) teen has set a new YouTube record, becoming the first person to have two billion views on his YouTube Music Channel, report CNN and E!News.

Justin, who's hard at work promoting his Holiday CD, Under the Mistletoe, had 94 million views on his channel in the past month alone. The last artist to set a record was Lady Gaga, who in October 2010 became the first to garner one billion views.

Under the Mistletoe, released Tuesday, is Bieber's first effort as a baritone, a sign perhaps that he is maturing into a man.

In his latest act of niceness, Justin on Tuesday announced on Ellen DeGeneres' show that he will give a free acoustic concert to the underprivileged kids at Whitney Elementary in Las Vegas in December. He also pledged to donate $100,000 to the school.

Whitney's students grapple with severe economic distress and homelessness. So dire was their plight that in June, principal Sherrie Gahn donated clothing and food for them.

Want to see live Justin? He'll perform at the American Music Awards on Nov. 20 which will air live on ABC.
