The Day After Tomorrow (8-10:30 p.m., Fox29) - Some dismissed this 2004 drama as propaganda fueled by bad science, but no matter what you believe about global warming, it's a heck of a story with impressive special effects. Dennis Quaid stars as the requisite maverick scientist who must convince the skeptical authorities that a disaster - in this case, a new ice age - is imminent. Jake Gyllenhaal, Sela Ward and Emmy Rossum also star, with Perry King as the president.

Grey's Anatomy (9-10:15 p.m., 6ABC) - Will Cristina and Burke's (Sandra Oh, Isaiah Washington) wedding go off without a hitch - no pun intended? Will George and Callie (T.R. Knight, Sara Ramirez) stay together? And have all the interns passed their exams? The answers can be found here, in the season finale. We'll also find out who will succeed Webber (James Pickens Jr.) as chief. Diahann Carroll reprises her guest role as Burke's mom.
