Really Big Things (8-9 p.m., DISC) - Is bigger better? It depends. This series returns for a new season of getting up close and personal with, well, really big things. Host Matt Rogers guides the armchair tours of the big machines, structures and other objects and explains how they work. If you don't have a big-screen television set already, this show may have you craving one in order to see the big stuff in all its glory.

Ghost Hunters (9-10 p.m., SCI) - Hooray for haunted Hollywood! In this new episode, paranormal investigators Jason Hawes, Grant Wilson and their team check out the neighborhood where Sharon Tate and four others were slain in 1969. A homeowner who lives near the site of the killings claims to have been visited by ghosts of the victims. The ghost hunters also pay a visit to the former Charlie Chaplin studios, now home to the Muppets.
