, 29, must report to an L.A. County jail by Christmas Eve to begin serving 180 days for violating probation on an '04 DUI and hit-and-run convictions.

The former Lost actress, who had been fitted with an alcohol-monitoring anklet, failed to remain sober for 90 days, as ordered. She also admitted that she previously lied about completing her required community service. Rodriguez served 20 minutes of a 60-day parole-violation sentence in May '06 (The jails were overcrowded). In his ruling, L.A. Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell told the thesp that this time she will have to serve her full sentence.

Rodriguez has yet to comment.
