(8-10:30 p.m., TNT) - Mel Gibson's offscreen antics notwithstanding, there's no denying he makes one heck of a movie war hero. Here, the setting is Vietnam, and Gibson plays Lt. Col. Harold Moore, a real soldier who cowrote a book about his experiences. He and his men are surrounded in what would be remembered as the first big battle to test our troops' mettle. It helps that this 2002 drama is directed by Randall Wallace, who wrote

Items found in a self-storage unit indicate that the owner could be a serial killer. (9-10 p.m., Fox29) - Would you tell an embarrassing truth on national television if there were big bucks involved? Don't answer until you watch this new TV version of Truth or Dare - with very high stakes. Host Mark Walberg presides as ordinary people are asked some of the questions they'd answered earlier while hooked up to a polygraph backstage. To win money, they must tell the truth, no matter how incriminating. True, it can be painful to watch, but we dare you not to.
