Sideshow: Confirming a pregnancy and a disdain
Lisa Marie Presley, 40, has never been one to suffer fools gladly. So, yesterday, when she confirmed on her MySpace page that she is pregnant with her first child with husband Michael Lockwood (she has a boy and a girl from her first marriage), she added a few bilious words about the press. She said reporters hounded her all week about her recent weight gain, and they wrote "slanderous and degrading stories."

"And sometimes your body will not let you wait as long as you want."
