'The Bill Engvall Show'

9 p.m. TBS CBS added this sitcom to its Monday comedy lineup this week, and that's good; it'll get the exposure it's been missing by being buried on cable - where it starts a new season tonight. Engvall (right) plays a family therapist who can't seem to solve his own family's issues.
