A 'Chance' to help

To mark last weekend's premiere of "Taking Chance," in which Kevin Bacon starred as a Marine officer escorting the body of a 19-year-old killed in Iraq home for burial, HBO has joined with the Chance Phelps Foundation to relaunch www.Run4Chance.com.

Runners and members of the military are being encouraged to participate in runs of various distances, including this year's Marine Corps Marathon, to raise money for two charities that serve injured service members and their families.

'Army Wives' re-ups

Lifetime's ordered a fourth season of "Army Wives" even before Season 3 begins airing this summer, the cable channel announced yesterday.

The show, which stars Roxborough's Kim Delaney, is basic cable's highest-rated show among women 18-49, according to Lifetime. Season 3 is scheduled to begin airing in June, with an 18-episode Season 4 launching in 2010. *
