* Palm Restaurants (200 S. Broad St., 215-546-7256; The Quarter in Tropicana Casino and Resort, 2801 Pacific Ave., Atlantic City, 609-344-7256) have a new happy hour concept, Prime Time, and some nibbles to go with it. The Prime Bites menu, $3.50 a plate, includes Kobe Beef Sliders, Filet Mignon Capri Sandwiches, Mini Broiled Crab Cakes and "Point Judith" Calamari Fritti. Raw oysters are $1 each, jumbo shrimp are $2. Available from 5 to 7 p.m. and after 9 p.m. weeknights.

Main Line's Women's Heart Initiative launches in November to further educate doctors about the early warning signs of heart disease.
