Sideshow: 3-way sex-tape squabble

There may exist, on this planet, a sex tape featuring Jennifer Lopez and her ex-bf Sean "Diddy" Combs. So claims J.Lo's ex-hubby Ojani Noa.

There may exist, on this planet, a sex tape featuring

Jennifer Lopez

and her ex-bf

Sean "Diddy" Combs

.

So claims J.Lo's ex-hubby Ojani Noa.

The New York Post says Noa wants to release a vid he shot of J-Lo in '97. But her lawyers have stopped him with an injunction that cites privacy.

Noa's biz manager, Ed Meyer, insists the tape is innocuous and fit for public consumption even though it features J-Lo kissing a woman. Meyer says he'll prove it by asking Diddy to testify about his sex tape and then comparing it to Noa's vid.

Can you see Diddy being questioned in court about a sex vid? With J-Lo?

Clash of the news titans

Fake newsman

Jon Stewart

and debatably real commentator

Bill O'Reilly

plan to face off in a new smackdown!

Fox News says Jon will have a two-day sit-down with Bill on The O'Reilly Factor tonight and tomorrow. The gentle giants last met in '04: Jon mocked Bill for calling for a boycott of France, while Bill called Jon's fans "stoned slackers." (Wait, was that meant as an insult?)

Josh Holloway: I survived . . .

Hunkeloid dude

Josh Holloway

- one of the survivors featured on the final season of ABC's

Lost

- says he didn't think his character, con man James "Sawyer" Ford, would live very long.

"I remember reading the first pilot and going, 'Oh, my God, this guy's an ass! I'll be lucky if I last half a season,' " Josh, 40, tells USA Today. "My work was to try to find any inkling of humanity in the guy in order to survive. Well, it's worked so far."

Tidbits 'n' pieces

Sunday's Grammy Awards show on CBS drew nearly 26 million viewers, reports the Nielsen Co. That's a nice improvement: Last year, 19 mil tuned in, and only a pathetic 17.1 mil watched in '08. The NFL's Pro Bowl on ESPN drew 12.3 mil. Take that, football!

The Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee will host an exhibition of famous Hollywood bikes from Feb. 12 through March 14. They include the machines shown in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Star Trek, and Wild Hogs. You can also see bikes owned by Clark Gable, Steve McQueen, Ludacris, and TV's Jesse James. Info: www.h-dmuseum.com.

Everyone (unfortunate enough to watch the show) knows that Jersey Shore star Michael Sorrentino, 28, refers to himself as The Situation. He loves it so much that according to the Smoking Gun Web site, the brainiac, who works in a fitness center, has sent an application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, asking to trademark The Situation as the official moniker for his abdominal muscles.

Another Jersey Shore denizen, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, will be a special guest at WIP's Wing Bowl, morning show host Angelo Cataldi announced yesterday. Proceeds from the gorgefest, which begins Friday morning at 6 at the Wachovia Center, will be donated to the Philadelphia Police Department Survivors Fund.

Rush Limbaugh, who was a judge at the Miss America Pageant, tells Fox News Channel's FOX & Friends that some of the gals "know more about various political issues than elected people I have talked to on the phone." I'm game: Let's elect 'em!

The world came together

It happened on Monday, when the globe's greatest sets of pipes got together to record a 25th anniversary version of sappy tune extraordinaire "We Are the World" to benefit Haiti earthquake relief.

Singers included Kanye West, Pink, Jamie Foxx, the Jonas Brothers, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Brian Wilson, Natalie Cole, Gladys Knight, and Brandy. The song - and a 3-D vid shot by Paul Haggis - will premiere Feb. 12 on NBC as part of the Olympic Games opening ceremonies.
