HBO will hold "True Blood" screenings in 50 theaters nationwide June 1 to promote the show's return on June 13.

Screenings will be followed by a question-and-answer session with show creator Alan Ball and cast members (also to be streamed at and on "True Blood's" Facebook page).

Tickets are free, but limited and must be obtained through one of HBO's promotions, with the most passes being distributed through a Facebook contest.

MTV: Fur and 'Skins'

MTV has ordered a new series based on "Teen Wolf" as well as a U.S. remake of the racy British teen drama "Skins," the network announced last week.

'Bilko' comes to DVD

"Sergeant Bilko: The Phil Silvers Show, The First Season" makes its DVD debut July 27, just short of 55 years after its debut on CBS.

Something to think about the next time you go to demanding to know why (Your Favorite Show of the Past Decade or Two) still isn't on DVD.

This should be fun: According to the Los Angeles Times, both "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and its successor/predecessor "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" are entering the Emmys this year. *
