Performance poetry makes its festival debut this year as Lamont Dixon, aka Napalm Da Bomb, and the Mayhem Poets perform throughout the day on the Grove Stage with the four-piece Jazzpoetics band.

There will be a juried crafts fair, food vendors and a Children's Village. Grown-up kids might appreciate the new beer and wine tent featuring Flying Fish Brewing Co. and Auburn Road Vineyards and Winery.

Also new this year are two special Festival Groove passes. The $100 Undercover Friends pass includes seating under a tent and souvenir lanyard. The $125 Shady Groove pass adds a souvenir lanyard, T-shirt, tote bag, stadium cup and beverage.
