Our friends at TMZ report - and the Associated Press has independently confirmed - that actress

Lindsay Lohan

has tested positive on a court-ordered drug and alcohol screening.

That could mean a probation violation, which could mean that she's going back to jail.

The anon source that AP cites didn't say what substance triggered the positive result but said that it had occurred within the last month.

Lohan, 24, was sentenced to three months in jail followed by three months in rehab after violating probation stemming from a pair of drug and driving-under-the-influence cases filed after two arrests in 2007. She served two weeks in jail and spent 23 days in rehab at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

A lament over the Emmys

Lafayette Hill's most famous resident,

Terrence Howard

, and his Soul Train Music Awards cohost,

Taraji P. Henson

, say too few minorities were represented at the Emmy Awards.

"There were several times when I didn't even want to watch . . . because I mean, who am I looking at?" Henson says. Howard is more optimistic: "The whole country seems to have started toward a trend of equality."

The Soul Train Music Awards will be shown on Centric and BET on Nov. 28.

Extreme anti-extremism

Jon Stewart

is so extremely sick of political extremism, he's willing to go to extremes to defend moderation.

The Daily Show faux anchor will hold Rally to Restore Sanity, a "million moderate march," Oct. 30 at the National Mall in Washington. It's like Woodstock, "but with the nudity and drugs replaced by respectful disagreement," Stewart says.

Stewart's faux arch-nemesis, Stephen Colbert, will oppose his pal's "dark, optimistic forces" with a parallel event, March to Keep Fear Alive.
