Her Gagaship's ranking has rankled some critics. Surely, Beyoncé (No. 9) and Angelina Jolie (No. 21) are more powerful? London's Daily Mail is shocked that Queen Elizabeth II comes in at a low 41st place. Forbes says its ranking is based on income, executive position, creative influence, and entrepreneurship.

Philly haunted by news it's not haunted

It's true! Philadelphia appears nowhere on a list of the nation's 10 most haunted cities issued by Rent.com. Savannah, Ga., where Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is set, is No. 1, while our state's beloved Gettysburg is in second place. The witchy wilds of Salem, Mass., is No. 3. New Orleans and San Antonio round out the top five. What does it take to be counted as haunting-worthy? No idea.

TMZ says '80's sensation Toni Braxton, 43, has filed for bankruptcy for the second time since '98. Citing legal records, TMZ says Toni has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California, claiming she owes between $10 mil and $50 mil to numerous creditors around the country. Toni, who sold more than 40 mil albums in her career, says she's only worth between $1 mil and $10 mil.

You can't handle the truth! Jack Nicholson, who made that dire warning to Tom Cruise in Rob Reiner's '92 masterpiece, A Few Good Men, may go a-Cruise-ing again. The Los Angeles Times says the duo are in chats to star opposite each other in El Presidente, writer Dan Goor's buddy comedy about an idealist, gung-ho, self-starter of a Secret Service agent who has to protect an aging, bumbling, degenerate ex-prez. Wonder which thesp will assay which role?

The biz has been good to the man in iron: The Hollywood Reporter says the Iron Man 2 DVD sold 1.1 mil copies on the first day of its release on Sept. 28, according to numbers from Nielsen VideoScan. The film made $312 mil in U.S. theaters.

Bachelorette king Jesse Csincsak, 28, says life has slowed down now that wife Ann Lueders' pregnancy has hit the six-month mark. For one thing, Ann, 28, has had to give up jogging. "She's telling me what it feels like to be pregnant," says Jesse, who wed Ann just over a month ago. "There's never a dull moment."

Brubeck cancels

Dave Brubeck, 89, who has been having health problems, will undergo pacemaker surgery, forcing him to cancel his Oct. 26 show at the Kimmel Center. The show will not be rescheduled, the center announced Thursday. Ticket buyers will receive refunds, according to the announcement.
