Jones, Samberg get Wood

Elijah Wood has joined the cast of "Celeste and Jesse Forever," the romantic comedy starring Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg. Lee Toland Krieger is directing.

The script, by Jones and Will McCormack, follows a couple in the middle of a divorce who are attempting to maintain a cordial relationship while pursuing new romances. Wood will play Celeste's business partner.

Emma Roberts, Ari Graynor and Chris Messina are also in the cast.

Nighy to 'Recall' remake

Bill Nighy is in negotiations to join the cast of "Total Recall," Columbia's remake of the 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger action movie.

The film, starring Colin Farrell, starts shooting in June in Toronto and will be directed by Len Wiseman.

The reboot also stars Bryan Cranston as the villain, and Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel as the female leads. Ethan Hawke is on board for a cameo.

The movie ditches the Martian story line from the original picture and instead centers on the nation states Euromerica and New Shanghai.

Nighy will play Quatto, the leader of a resistance group.

Snow White finds dwarfs

Relativity Media has cast its seven dwarfs in Tarsem Singh's untitled Snow White movie, as well as finalizing deals with Mare Winningham and Michael Lerner to star alongside Julia Roberts, Lily Collins, Armie Hammer and Nathan Lane.

Singh is set to start shooting the film in June, with a March 16 release planned.

Playing the dwarfs will be Mark Povinelli ("Water for Elephants"), Jordan Prentice ("Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle"), Danny Woodburn ("Watchmen"), Sebastian Saraceno ("Bedtime Stories"), Ronald Lee Clark ("Epic Movie"), Martin Klebba ("Hancock") and Joey Gnoffo ("Pirates of the Caribbean" series).

Melissa Wallack and Jason Keller penned the script.
