ACCORDING TO TMZ.com, Justin Bieber has agreed to a cheek swab when he returns to the U.S. to prove that he is not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby.
Or Mariah Carey's babies.
TMZ sources say Justin's attorney, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys to confirm that Justin will take the test.
They've already chosen a lab to administer the test.
Justin is so confident he's not the daddy - and he probably hasn't slept with so many women that he'd already be forgetting them - that once he's cleared he plans to sue Yeater to send a message to others who seek to profit off claims of future Bieber babies.
* Speaking of the Beebs, the wee singer took home Best Male and Best Pop at the MTV European Music Awards, in Belfast.
Of course its Best Pop that may have gotten the Beebs in trouble with Mariah Yeater.
Lady Gaga took home four MTV EMAs, including Best Female, Best Song and Best Video for "Born This Way," and Biggest Fan, which honors the star with the most committed fan base.
As opposed to the fan base most in need of being committed, in which case Gaga wins anyway.
30 Seconds to Mars won two awards - for Best World Stage (whatever that means) and Best Alternative. 30 Seconds to Mars' cousin Bruno Mars won awards for Best Push (huh?) and Best New Artist. Eminem was named Best Hip Hop - beating out the Philadelphia 76ers mascot. Katy Perry took home Best Live, while Linkin Park was chosen Best Rock, beating out shale.
Best Worldwide went to the Korean boyband BigBang, and if you have no idea who they are, you are not alone. Besides, BigBang is just a theory.
Queen received the Global Icon award and were accompanied in the show's closing medley by "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert. Selena Gomez hosted and kept a close eye on the Beebs.
