Tidbits 'n' pieces

The infamous Beverly Hilton hotel room where Whitney Houston died is being put out of circulation by hotel managers, TMZ claims. The site says Hilton managers removed the room number, 434, from the door to confuse death-site-crazed fans about the room's location. The room, needless to day, isn't available to guests. … Seems Mad Men star Jon Hamm was just as popular in his previous incarnation as a bartender. "He was the most gorgeous and adorable guy we'd ever met," says friend, Magic City star Kelly Lynch. Bodyguard: Celebs hurt me

" filled my head with dreams and then kicked me to the curb." So says bodyguard Leonard Taylor, 43, of his former charge, Mark Wahlberg. A self-described 6-foot-5, 320-pound "gentle giant," Taylor says Wahlberg, Uma Thurman, and other big-ego celebs used him, then discarded him when he fell victim to drug abuse.

"I did a lot for a lot of people," Taylor tells the New York Daily News. "I saved people's lives and then when I was down on my luck, everyone turned their backs on me." Taylor says he was part of Wahlberg's original entourage (the rat pack that served as inspiration for HBO's Entourage) and guarded him for free. Wahlberg, he claims, promised him a future in the biz but dumped him.

Taylor is at work on the ultimate revenge: a tell-all memoir.

"Why should I respect their privacy when they don't care about me?" he says.

Wahlberg and Thurman could not be reached for comment.
