Beauty herself blushes whenever she's before Beyoncé.

People mag has named the diva 2012's most beautiful woman. But, like, omg! She just gave birth!

"I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," says B, 30, who on Jan. 7 delivered her first baby with hub Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter®, a girl so special her name is a registered trademark. Adds B, "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth." This is B's ninth appearance on the list. (Is that more prestigious than winning 16 Grammys?) Other veterans on this year's list include Julia Roberts (13 times) and Nicole Kidman (10 times). And there is a notable newcomer, Mad Men's Jessica Paré, a Canadian.

Octomom's home unfit for kids?

Is Nadya "Octomom" Suleman's house, which houses 14 children, so dirty, unkempt, messy, and generally depressing as to be unfit for kids? The Los Angeles Times says police and agents from the Orange County Social Services Agency visited the La Habra, Calif., house Tuesday night following a complaint of "general neglect." According to TMZ, it was filed by Octomom's hair stylist, who was disgusted by conditions during a recent house call. Reportedly, the children appeared unwashed and were forced to use a portable toilet outside the house because only one toilet worked inside.

Police tell local TV station KTLA-TV that Octomom is not under criminal investigation, but that Social Services is staying on the case. The situation is odd since Dr. Drew gifted Octomom with a year's worth of free cleaning services. TMZ reported late Wednesday that a cleaning crew had arrived at the house.

Britney Spears' fiance is boss of her

Britney Spears recently made an unsuccessful bid to have a Los Angeles judge end a conservatorship order under which her da, Jamie Spears, controls her finances. She wanted to be free so she could get married, she contended. Brit got a consolation prize of sorts Wednesday, when the judge added her fiance, Jason Trawick, as her co-conservator. Guess it means the court appoves of Jason.

Donald Trump: Windmills are ugly

The heck with global warming and the emptying of the oil reserves as long as Donald Trump is happy. The Combover went before Scotland's parliament Wednesday to demand that it nix plans to build an offshore wind farm because it would ruin the view from Trump's $1.2 billion golf resort. "You pursue this policy of these monstrous turbines, Scotland will go broke … and will lose tourism," Donald said.

Asked for evidence of his claims, Donald said, "I am the evidence, I am a world-class expert in tourism."

Today in celebrity love

Us Weekly says Jennifer Love Hewitt, 33, has fallen for Colin Egglesfield, 39, her costar on her new Lifetime show The Client List, in which she plays a high-ticket, high-class escort.

"They've been hooking up," Anonymous Source tells the mag. Not only is the quote classy, it's totally convincing.

Grey's Anatomy alum Katherine Heigl, 33, and her "Only You" singing hub, Josh Kelley, 32, have adopted a second child, they tell USAToday.com. The child, of unknown gender and name, joins 3-year-old daughter Naleigh, whom the couple brought home from South Korea.

Sister, Sister star Tamera Mowry-Housley and hub Adam Housley are expecting. "Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends," she tells People.

Wiz Khalifa woos Amber with style

"Real simple," says Wiz Khalifa, 24, when asked how he asked Amber Rose to marry him. According to EntNews blog TheYBF.com, the "Teach U to Fly" rapper broke down his proposal on New York radio station Power 105. "It was in the morning time," the Wiz said. "I just rolled out of bed and got the ring out of the laundry room. Didn't brush my teeth. I was sober … I gave her the real me." The Wizeness that is Wiz kept his cool. "I didn't cry. But she was crying so much she didn't know what to do." Amber, Wiz said, is da bomb. "We're the best of friends. We just know more about each other. We just know each other."

Wiz celebrated the engagement too hard: Nashville CBS affiliate WTVF-TV's website NewsChannel5.com says police gave him a citation after finding a bag of pot in his room at a Nashville Holiday Inn.

And another one gone …

The rare air at the top ranks of Pennsylvania Ballet got even rarer Wednesday when principal dancer Arantxa Ochoa announced that she will be retiring in October. Her next gig will be as principal instructor at the School of Pennsylvania Ballet, which is scheduled to reopen this fall after a wee 20-year hiatus. Ochoa's final performance will be Giselle, making her last act that always-believable death by broken heart.

Ochoa's announcement follows two other recent retirements, Martha Chamberlain's last spring and Riolama Lorenzo's in February, leaving the ballet with a mere four remaining principals. Artistic director Roy Kaiser promised to fill some of the gaps by fall, either through auditions or by promotions within the company.
