Night at the museum

The University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology presents "40 Winks With the Sphinx," an overnight exploration for children 6 to 12. Poker-face bike race

Cadence Cycling Foundation is teaming with local bike shops for the Poker Ride: Philly Bike Shop Tour Edition. The triple-threat event, benefiting the foundation, combines a 25-mile bike ride with a poker game whose object is to collect a card from each stop and have the best hand at the finish line. Participating shops include Human Zoom Ardmore and Manayunk, Keswick Cycle, and Breakaway Bikes. Starts at Cadence Cycling and Multisport, 4323 Main St. Admission: $25 minimum registration.
