No, it's not sexy, but you simply have to eat less FOREVER! That's the truth. No exercise can compensate if you return to poor eating or overeating habits.

Eliminate or limit consumption of all commercial food products, including restaurant meals.
4 DRINK WATER
Make water your primary beverage. Ditch all commercial juices, drinks and sodas; restrict or eliminate all alcohol.
