CAPE MAY A graduate of Penn's Wharton School, Shaun Eli has been called one of the smartest comics in America for his ability to spin any situation - having a meal with a vegetarian, serving on an NYC criminal jury - into a humorous story. STONE HARBOR Through July 6, see "Salvador Dalí: The Argillet Collection" at Ocean Galleries, 9618 Third Ave. This collection of Dali's work - which includes his rare Songs of Maldoror etchings - was curated by Christine Argillet, the daughter of the surrealist master's longtime publisher and confidante, Pierre Argillet. From 7 to 10 p.m., you can meet Madame Argillet. She'll be back on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free, but an RSVP is required.
