Look at art, sip wine and shop at the Barnes holiday pop up

OK, we all have that one person on our shopping list: effortlessly fashionable who can pull off unique designs and accessories that could potentially look ridiculous on anyone else. These special snowflakes are undoubtedly difficult to shop for, if only because their style is so them.

Enter the Barnes Foundation's Pop-Up Holiday Market, the add-on to the museum's regular Art After Hours event. Local vendors will hock gifts while you sip wine. Stop by "Live and Life Will Give You Pictures: Masterworks of French Photography, 1890-1950" (admission is free), and snap a sepia-tone 19th-century selfie.

But you're here for the gifts right? Look out for Peg & Awl, beautiful wearable art created out of recovered treasures. Or Harshita Designs, which sells colorful accessories for men and women. Or VIELÄ Jewelry that makes finery inspired by nature.

OK, maybe you should pick up something for yourself while you're there.
