Catch up on Oscar nominees

The Academy Awards are quickly approaching, and it's time to start a binge watch of the potential winners.

While some nominees are still riding high in the theater, others are starting to make their way to streaming sites or on-demand services. Arrival, the Amy Adams sci-fi vehicle, can be purchased via Xfinity OnDemand, while interracial drama Loving (featuring the fabulous Ruth Negga) is available for rent, for example.

Amazon Prime subscribers get a chance to check out Manchester by the Sea, Kenneth Lonergan's tragic story that netted six nominations at the big show, including Best Picture and Best Actor.

The story follows Casey Affleck's quiet handyman Lee as he cares for his nephew (Lucas Hedges) after the death of his brother.

Affleck is expected to take home the Oscar on Feb. 26. Decide for yourself whether he deserves it.

Where to stream: Amazon Prime
