Marine Matthew Phelps proposes to boyfriend in the White House

Over the weekend, United States Marine Corps captain Matthew Phelps proposed to his partner, Ben Schock, inside the White House. The proposal was caught on camera and the photos have started to make the rounds on the Internet. On Sunday, Phelps tweeted, "Last night I proposed to @b_schock at the White House!! I could not be more fortunate, more happy, or more in love."
