Nobody would let John Bolaris help out with their Hurricane Sandy coverage

John Bolaris isn't tweeting today. He's gone into social media silence while he's still busy dealing with the fallout from his, ahem, situation down in Florida. But even his Twitter hiatus couldn't stop J-Bo from popping up in your news feeds on Monday. The former Fox 29 meteorologist is penning (keying?) a weekly column for Metro. In his second installment, Bolaris confesses that he propositioned the head honchos at Philly's news stations to see if they needed help with Hurricane Sandy coverage.
