VIDEO: Cop fights clown over squirt gun incident

A cop in Milwaukee responded to complaints that a man was dressed as a clown and was darting in and out of traffic at a busy intersection while trying to squirt drivers with a water gun. When the officer approached the clown, the man in costume resisted arrest, which allowed an onlooker to capture the brawl on video*. Subsequently, everyone the world over was treated to the headline, "Cop Beats Up Clown." Technology is a wonderful thing.
