CONDOLENCES to the fam-
ily and friends of Greta Shamy, co-owner of Delilah's (100 Spring Garden), who died Tuesday at 65.
Shamy died in Boca Raton, Fla., where she lived with husband Joseph. The Shamys also co-own Zee Bar, which daughter Jennifer runs, next door to their long-running gentlemen's club.
News of Shamy's death hit Delilah's staffers hard yesterday.
The club has an upcoming staff party, as well as its annual public holiday bash, which club management briefly considered canceling. But we're told they decided to hold it, knowing Shamy would have wanted the parties to go on.
A club spokeswoman did not return a request for comment about Shamy's death yesterday. A cause of death was not known yesterday.

New Guns record, new dog
West Philly's Ben Morgan, who books bands at the Mill Creek Tavern (4200 Chester), didn't want a dog, but his live-in girlfriend, Allison Paul, did. In March, Morgan, who also plays in the Rare Birds and occasionally performs as a German rapper, MC Digga, told Paul they could get a dog when "Chinese Democracy" came out. Morgan assumed the long-awaited Guns N' Roses record, 17 years in the making, would never come out. He was wrong. The record was released Nov. 23, days after he agreed to take care of his mother's 3-year-old Chihuahua, Rizza.
"I like the dog a lot more than the record," says Morgan, who's still getting used to the new project by Axl Rose and an army of musicians he brought in over the lengthy recording.
