Tattle: 'There is no sex tape,' Sandra says

AFTER WEEKS of sordid daily revelations, all that was missing from the Jesse James-Sandra Bullock sex scandal were sex tapes.

AFTER WEEKS of sordid daily revelations, all that was missing from the Jesse James-Sandra Bullock sex scandal were sex tapes.

Not anymore.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jesse has more than 12 homemade videos that would make a porn star blush.

"Most of the tapes feature a mass amount of Nazi paraphernalia," an insider tells RadarOnline.com. "It's all really quite disturbing."

"What I saw was a naked woman on her knees and Jesse in a Nazi hat waving his arm in a salute," the insider said. "It looked like the woman's hands were bound.

Hope she didn't have West Coast choppers.

Neither Vivid nor Pink Visual have claimed ownership of the tapes yet, but there's always tomorrow.

* The alleged tapes have brought

Sandra out of hiding long enough to issue a statement.

Since speculation in some seamy circles has been that she has not yet filed for divorce for fear that Jesse would release a sex tape of the two of them - he's allegedly a bit unstable at the moment - she gave People magazine a statement claiming, "There is no sex tape. There never has been one and there never will be one."

Oh, there may be. But Sandra may not be in it. And this will be one film role she will be quite happy to have lost.

Desperate ex-housewife?

Nicollette Sheridan, who played divorced real-estate agent Edie in ABC's "Desperate Housewives," has filed suit against creator/producer Marc Cherry alleging assault and wrongful termination.

In the suit filed Monday in L.A., Sheridan claims Cherry hit her in the face on the Wisteria Lane set in September 2008.

As if no one on Wisteria Lane has ever been hit in the face.

Sheridan's suit claims that she asked Cherry about a line in the script and that he "took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head." After she stormed off to her trailer, the suit says, he came to "beg forgiveness."

When she reported the incident to ABC, Cherry retaliated by killing off her character.

Well, that's what she said.

The suit seeks $20 million in sustained damages. The suit, which also names ABC, accuses Cherry of creating a hostile work environment on the set and of behaving aggressively and abusively toward the cast and the writers.

ABC Studios said in a statement yesterday, "While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."

'Dancing' with the lawyers

It would be fine with Tattle if we never heard from Jon Gosselin, but the Octo-Dad said he plans to sue ex-wife Kate for primary custody of their eight children because her appearances on "Dancing With the Stars" have turned her into an absentee mom.

He, of course, is Mr. Hands-On Dad.

Every week he has his hands on some new babe.

Jon's attorney, Anthony List, told the Associated Press that he plans to file papers in Berks County this week to reopen their divorce settlement.

Oh, maybe it could drag on forever.

List said yesterday that Kate's participation in "Dancing" has taken her away from the children. He said she has delegated most child-rearing responsibilities to three nannies.

Kate's attorney, Mark Momjian, calls the allegation "patently false."

Much like Kate's sense of rhythm.

Tattbits

* The girlfriend of former Philadelphian Gary Dourdan, better known as a former star of "CSI," has been cleared of wrongdoing related to her arrest last month on domestic-

violence charges.

TMZ.com reports that the case was dismissed yesterday.

Gary and Maria Asis del Alamo were allegedly partaking in some noisy nookie at a home in Venice, Calif., when a neighbor thought the carnal commotion had turned dangerous. Police arrested Maria after noticing a nick on Gary's neck.

But it was merely love starting from scratch.

* Kirk Douglas has asked a federal

judge in Manhattan to spare his drug-dealer grandson, Cameron Douglas, a harsh prison sentence.

Cameron also received a letter of support on Tuesday from his actress stepmother, Catherine Zeta-Jones. She called him a "considerate, worthy human being," which sort of sounds like an epitaph.

The son of Michael Douglas pleaded guilty earlier this year to charges that he peddled large quantities of meth out of a trendy Manhattan hotel. The charges carry a minimum term of 10 years behind bars. But lawyers for the admitted heroin addict argue that he should get only 3 1/2 years at next week's sentencing.

* Corey Haim engaged in "doctor-

shopping" to obtain 553 prescription pills in the two months before his death, California Attorney General Jerry Brown said yesterday.

Haim obtained the meds, which included Valium, Vicodin, Xanax and Soma, through seven doctors and seven pharmacies, Brown said, and he used an alias at least once.

Thank goodness he wasn't on the Newspaper Guild's drug plan.
