Tattle: DeVito's libido the cause of divorce?

THE MATTER is set to be decided on Wednesday at trial in Texas.
Our hearts died a little bit when we heard that Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman were splitting after 30 years of marriage.
Not many details were released when the divorce was announced earlier this month, so we hoped with all of our broken hearts that a reconcilliation might be on the way, but RadarOnline.com has dashed them once more.
The couple, who met on the set of "Taxi," simply couldn't sustain DeVito's wandering eye. "He may not appear to be a ladies' man, but Danny certainly gets a lot of female attention," a source told Radar. Perlman and DeVito remain friends.
"Their matrimony just ran its course. Danny's flirting and inappropriate behavior with other women infuriated Rhea; she just felt that it was time for her to move on with her life," the source told Radar. "The split is obviously tinged with sadness. Danny and Rhea did everything together and they'll both miss each other's company."
Perlman's plan, post-marriage? She'll team up with former "Cheers" co-star Kirstie Alley for the new TV Land pilot "Giant Baby." Perlman will play the long-suffering assistant to Alley's Broadway diva, who encourages her bestie/boss to form a relationship with her estranged son.
DeVito can be seen on the eighth season of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" on FX, which just featured a stellar zombie-themed episode.
Hemsley held
Sherman Hemsley
's spirit may be in a deluxe apartment in the sky, but his body is still in a Texas funeral home.
A funeral home in El Paso said that "The Jeffersons" star is lying in one of their refrigerators and that their hands are tied until authorities tell them what to do with his body.
Hemsley has not been laid to rest due to a dispute over his will between self-proclaimed business partner and best friend Flora Enchinton, the sole beneficiary, and Richard Thornton, who says he's the actor's brother. Thornton has been ordered to take a DNA test. Hemsley never publicly acknowledged Thornton and told interviewers he was an only child.
Another man, the Rev. Michael George Wells, a minister at Arch Street United Methodist Church, is also intervening, claiming his mother was the closest to Hemsley before his death.
"We are family, and we are not looking for money. But if we are entitled to something, we don't want anyone else to have it," Wells told the El Paso Times.
Hemsley's estate is reportedly valued at $50,000, a surprisingly low figure for an actor on a successful television show in syndication, although Wells claims it's worth more. Hemsley was born in South Philly. He died of complications due to a cancerous mass on his lung in July.
Hogan forgives
The weather outside might be frightful, but
Hulk Hogan
is finally getting some inner peace.
Hogan is dropping a lawsuit against ex-friend Bubba "The Love Sponge" Clem (a/k/a Todd Alan Clem). Hogan took legal action against Clem when a sex tape was released starring the former wrestling star and Clem's ex-wife, freelance writer and animal activist Heather Cole.
The financial details of the suit were not disclosed, but Hogan did get a public apology from Clem. "It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video's release in any way," Clem wrote in a statement.
Thank the Wrestling Gods that the paragon of a such pure sport has largely been cleared of moral impropriety!
Tattle's best bud, Dan Gross, reported recently that sources told him that several sex tapes existed of Cole having sex with B- and C-list celebs, including more with Hogan who is featured using the n-word.
Hogan is still seeking damages from Cole, and has sued Gawker Media for $100 million after their flagship site, Gawker.com, posted excerpts of the tape on their site.

Levi Johnston, former flame
of Bristol Palin and father of 3-year-old Trigg Palin, married Sunny Ogelsby this weekend. Trigg didn't attend the ceremony, but Levi's second child, month-old daughter Breeze Beretta (like the gun. Seriously. We know.) was in attendance. US Weekly has the real juicy gossip on the nuptials: "Clad in a Hugo Boss red label tuxedo accessorized with a camouflage vest and bow tie, Johnston is said to have sweated profusely during the event."
* Shots were fired on the
celebrity Halloween-costume front when Deryck Whibley, leader of pop-punk band Sum 41, and his new girlfriend, Ari Cooper, dressed up as Whibley's ex Avril Lavigne and her new fiancee/Nickleback lead singer Chad Kroeger, respectively. Kroeger tweeted back from Nickleback's account: "Hey Deryck loved the costumes! we were going to dress up as you this year but all the parties had celebrity themes haha -CK." Whoa, total fame burn!
