Philly guy claims Jay Z is his dad

JAY Z'S potential love child? He's a Philly guy.

Beyonce's husband is named as the father of Philadelphia's Rymir Satterthwaite in a closed civil suit filed in New Jersey. Satterthwaite currently calls Blackwood, Camden County, home.

The suit claims that Hova and Sattherthwaite's mother, Wanda, who, according to Facebook, attended Lincoln High School, became acquainted before his debut album "Reasonable Doubt" was released in 1996. Satterthwaite was born in 1993.

The pending civil suit, filed by Satterthwaite's godmother Lillie Coley in December, reveals that Wanda filed a paternity suit to prove Jay Z's fatherly connection in 2010. But Jay's lawyers blocked any paternity test.

Satterthwaite is a musician himself, with a YouTube video titled "City Lights" showing off his musical stylings: "I remember as a young 'un knew that I would be a star / Taking momma out the 'hood / and a buy a car."

In another YouTube video, he says that rapping is "in my blood," and praises his supportive family.

Sattherwaite's personal website also lists upcoming projects, including "What About the Child Campaign?" described as a community project to aid those looking for their biological fathers, and D.N.A. - Daddy Not Available (Because he don't wanna be), billed as a survival guide for young men.

Satterthwaite and Coley did not respond to attempts to contact them.

Satterthwaite has set up a Fundly page, looking to raise money for the legal expenses incurred during his paternity suit, wisdom-teeth surgery and college tuition. He's seeking $75,000. As of press time, he had raised $155.

Jay Z has been hit with paternity rumors previously. In 2011, model Shenelle Scott claimed that Jay Z was the father of her son. The rapper's camp dismissed those allegations.

Philly on TV

* Watching "The Voice" tonight? Be on the lookout for famed street singer Anthony Riley, who I hear will make his debut. You may know Riley from his usual venue, Rittenhouse Square. Tonight he'll perform in front of judges Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Pharrell and Blake Shelton. Riley is featured in many ads for "The Voice," so I've got to assume he's going far. Riley made national headlines in 2007 after he was arrested for singing Sam Cooke's "A Change Is Gonna Come." He spent a night in jail. Charges were dismissed and he was later awarded $27,500 in a lawsuit. "The Voice" has been a fan of Philly as of late. Our own Matt McAndrew came in second last season. Watch Riley at 8 p.m., on NBC.

* West Deptford, N.J.'s own Andrew is headed for culinary glory. He'll appear tonight on the season finale of "MasterChef Junior," the uber-adorable cooking competition show hosted by the notoriously cantankerous Gordon Ramsay. "I'm representing Jersey and Italy," 11-year-old Andrew says in a preview for the episode that airs at 8 p.m., on Fox.

* Two Philly guys will vie for cash on tonight's episode of "Restaurant Startup." Stephen Latona and Mark Bellini, two chefs and former Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College instructors, will pitch their rotisserie chicken concept, called the Smoke Kitchen, to investors Tim Love and Joe Bastianich, on CNBC at 10 p.m.

OUT AND ABOUT

* "Vanderpump Rules" hotties Tom Sandoval and Jax Taylor were spotted dining at the Continental Atlantic (The Pier Shops Caesars, 1 Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City) on Saturday night, before a hosting gig at Dusk nightclub. I hear they chowed down on chicken and waffles, spinach ravioli, BBQ chicken quesadillas and cheesesteak eggrolls. My spies tell me that the reality-TV duo was great and posed for pics with fans. Alas, Giggy the Pom was nowhere to be seen.

* "Nurse Jackie" star and "Top Gear" host Adam Ferrara was spotted at Whole Foods (2001 Pennsylvania Ave.) several times in between his weeklong gig at Helium Comedy Club.
