Robert Pattinson to marry!

If, like me, you're still in shock that his love affair with Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart ended, you may want to sit down for this bit of news: Angelic vamp Robert Pattinson, 28, has become engaged - to marry - 27-year-old British songstress FKA twigs (a.k.a. Tahliah Debrett Barnett). And this after just six months of dating.

Word got out when FKA's pal T-Pain told Vulture mag Twigsie would not be able to contribute to his forthcoming album because "she's engaged now."

Added T-Pain, "I don't know if she wanted anybody to know that."

Giuliana Rancic's health woes

Giuliana Rancic and her husband, Bill, who have a 21/2-year-old son, Duke, via surrogate, have lost their third and last remaining embryo after their surrogate miscarried.

"It was painful," Giuliana, 40, tells People. "We were so optimistic with this last embryo."

Giuliana also spoke up about recent rumors that she's suffering from an eating disorder. The chatter began after her red carpet appearance Jan. 11 at the Golden Globes. She's kept silent so far. But she feels she has no choice but to speak up.

"I never want my weight to distract people from what I do. But it is becoming a distraction," she tells People.

"They were accusing me of every eating disorder," says the E! News persona. Giuliana, who in 2011 underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer, says she's especially troubled by reports her cancer is back. It's not.

Giuliana says she's been eating a great deal but cannot put on weight because of the cancer-suppressing medication she's been taking since 2011. The drugs also make it dangerous for her to get pregnant.

The authorial Arquette

She's had horror-movie stigmata mar her lovely hands; a true romance with guns, cars, and Christian Slater; and spoken to ghosts. Now Patricia Arquette, who won an Oscar for Boyhood, is putting it all down in print.

The CSI: Cyber star will memoir about "her unconventional family, being a single mother at the age of 20, and her experience as a woman in Hollywood," says publisher Random House.
