Kelly Rutherford is speaking out about her six-year custody dispute with ex-husband Daniel Giersch. Giersch, who was married to Kelly from 2006 to 2010 lives with their two kids, Hermes, 8, and Helena, 5, in France. The arrangement was supported by a 2012 California court ruling.
"What happened . . . was beyond what I could have imagined in my life," Kelly told Fox News' Gretchen Carlson. The Gossip Girl star says that since her ex hasn't been able to get a visa to America, the only way she can see her kids is to fly to Europe.
So far, she has been unable to overturn the court decision.
Her lawyer tells Fox News, "We will never give up."
Gisele Bündchen to retire
Brazilian beauty Gisele Bündchen, who at 34 is absurdly old for a runway model, is retiring from that most noble profession, which she had already mastered as a child of 14.
"Today, after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business," Gisele says via Instagram.
She told a Brazilian newspaper, "Automatically, my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop."
According to Forbes, Gisele, who has two kids with Tom Brady, made $47 mil last year. Don't expect her earnings to plummet: Industry experts say she'll do well behind the scenes in the fashion biz.
