In the "spirit" of the National Constitution Center's world-premiere exhibition, American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition, bartenders from Stratus Rooftop Lounge, Square 1682, XIX, and 10 Arts Lounge competed for the honor of "Best '20s-inspired cocktail" during a special competition at the Stratus Rooftop Lounge.
