Judith Owen and Harry Shearer's Holiday Sing-Along. This gig by the Welsh songstress and her husband, radio host and comic actor Shearer (the bassist in Spinal Tap), started with a Christmas party at their house. In 2005, they took it public, as a fund-raiser for victims of Hurricane Katrina. This year, they're doing a series of U.S. dates, including the World Cafe Live this Sunday, with guests including Mutlu, Wesley Stace, Lily Mae, Dona Oxford, and Kenn Kweder. Proceeds go to the American Red Cross Philippine relief fund.
