Proposal on the Arden stage in touching 'Tones'

There was a real-life proposal on stage at the Arden Theatre Company on Saturday night … and it was somehow appropriate.

Right after applause at Saturday night's performance of TouchTones at the Arden Theatre Company, co-lead Michael Doherty proposed onstage to longtime signif (and TouchTones co-lead) Alex Keiper. Reports say reception was positive. The musical is about romance in the communications age … and there it was. (Scroll down to see the loving moment!)
