The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra hosted its 2015 Annual Gala and Concert on March 20 while also celebrating its 75th anniversary season at the Union League. Five Philadelphia Youth Orchestra ensembles - the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra, the Philadelphia Regional Youth String Music, Bravo Brass, the Philadelphia Young Artists Orchestra, and Tune Up Philly - performed in hallowed Lincoln Hall to appreciative audiences. The students ranged in age from 6 to 21. Guests also were invited to view and purchase art from a show by Studio Incamminati during the dessert reception. Proceeds from the evening support the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra's financial aid and tuition-remission programs. The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra is one of the nation's oldest youth orchestral and college-preparatory music education institutions.
