Unable to conceive, she asks her estranged sister (Lauren Ambrose) to be her surrogate. Scott Cohen plays Sarah's colleague and friend with benefits.

(10-11 p.m., CBS3) - The case of a missing investigative reporter puts Charlie (David Krumholtz) in danger and gives Colby (Dylan Bruno) a case of heart trouble. Someone wants Charlie off the case and is using physical intimidation - in the form of a big, black truck - to try forcing him off it. Colby, meanwhile, is developing a crush on the missing woman. At home, Alan (Judd Hirsch) resists efforts to make the house more energy-efficient.
