Wipeout (8 p.m., 6ABC) - Twelve couples on a first date take on the obstacle course in hopes of winning $100,000 as the goofy competition series returns for a third season with a two-hour episode. New obstacles featured this season include Overdrive, Bruiseball, and Love Handles Fling Set. John Anderson, John Henson, and Jill Wagner are the hosts.

NCIS: Los Angeles (9 p.m., CBS3) - After receiving an alert that an agent is in danger, the members of the NCIS team rush to a crime scene where they discover it's one of their own who is in peril in "Missing." Chris O'Donnell, LL Cool J, Linda Hunt, Peter Cambor, and Daniela Ruah star; Onahoua Rodriguez and Maurice Compte guest star.

Losing It With Jillian (10 p.m., NBC10) - The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels goes solo in this heartfelt new reality series, which drops the competitive element in favor of having her visit each week with an American family stuck in an unhealthy rut and looking to change. It's not a fitness show in the strictest sense, since diet and exercise are only two components of the life makeover Michaels and her team try to help these families attain.
