Ellen Gray's weekend TV picks
This week, she features "Ray Donovan," "Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove" and "Masterpiece: Endeavour."

* RAY DONOVAN. 10 p.m. Sunday, Showtime.
Someone on this show has to catch a break, and this week things start looking up for Ray's brother Terry (Eddie Marsan) - the boxer who has Parkinson's - whose relationship with his nurse (Brooke Smith) begins to look promising.
* DEBBIE MACOMBER'S CEDAR COVE. 8 p.m. Saturday, Hallmark Channel.
The title's a mouthful, but Macomber's name should be a beacon to fans of the best-selling author, whose "Cedar Cove" novels have been adapted for Hallmark's first-ever scripted prime-time series. It stars Andie MacDowell ("Four Weddings and a Funeral") as a small-town judge in a breathtakingly beautiful town in the Pacific Northwest.
The two-hour premiere was written by Philadelphia playwright Bruce Graham, who's a co-executive producer on the show. Maybe he's responsible for the newspaperman character played by Dylan Neal being a guy from Philly who bleeds Eagles green?
* MASTERPIECE: ENDEAVOUR. 9 p.m. Sunday, WHYY12.
In the latest installment of this "Inspector Morse" prequel, a murder victim is discovered at a munitions factory just after a visit by Princess Margaret. For those still in "Mad Men" withdrawal, this '60s-set drama has all the drinking and smoking - and sexism - but way more dead bodies.
