* MASTERPIECE: DOWNTON ABBEY. 9 p.m. Sunday, WHYY12.

Shirley MacLaine and Paul Giamatti arrive in London just in time for the juicy two-hour season finale, which includes a debutante ball, a tricky situation involving the Prince of Wales and the possible resolution of an even trickier situation below stairs.

* ABOUT A BOY. 11:07 p.m. Saturday, NBC10.

GROWING UP FISHER. 10:38 p.m. Sunday, NBC10.

Eager to wring every drop of promotional power from the Olympics, NBC has scheduled bizarrely late-night premieres for these two family-friendly sitcoms, which will be moved to 9 and 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays after this. One's based on the book and movie "About a Boy" and stars David Walton and Minnie Driver. The other stars J.K. Simmons as a blind lawyer whose son (Eli Baker) initially feels more threatened by his father's new guide dog than his parents' divorce.

* THE 45TH NAACP IMAGE AWARDS. 9 p.m. Saturday, TV One.

Anthony Anderson hosts this year's awards, airing live on the East Coast, and for the first time on TV One, after years of being carried, often on tape delay, on NBC or Fox.

* TRUE DETECTIVE. 9 p.m. Sunday, HBO.

With just two episodes left after this one, we find out, well, something about what went down between Rust Cohle (Matthew McConaughey) and Martin Hart (Woody Harrelson). When it's over, I just may have to rewatch it all from the beginning.
