"The Jinx." Catching up on this slow-burn crime doc is a must before Sunday's finale. The hauntingly fascinating Robert Durst takes an active role in telling his own story of how he evaded murder charges in three different cases, including the disappearance of his wife. 8 p.m. Sunday on HBO.

"iZombie." Rob Marshall, the creator of the dearly beloved teenage detective show Veronica Mars, puts a new spin on the undead through the eyes of a medical student-turned-zombie-turned amateur detective (Rose McIver). 9 p.m. Sunday on the CW.

"Empire." Fox's rating juggernaut ends its first season with a double-dose of episodes. Last week's teaser promised the biggest OMG moment of the season, quite the claim for a series built around OMG moments. 8 p.m. on Fox on Wednesday.

"Bloodline." Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights) makes his much-anticipated return to TV. Courtesy of the creators of Damages, this dark familial thriller is set in the Florida Keys, with a killer cast that includes Sam Shepard, Sissy Spacek, and Linda Cardellini (Freaks and Geeks). Friday on Netflix.
