Actress Uma Thurman, whose Being is an object of the most intense desire (and envy), is footloose (and fancy-free?) again. Usmagazine.com says Uma, 39, and her (unworthy) gazillionaire fiance, Arpad Busson, 46, split up two months ago. Uma began seeing Busson in '07, after using up that other unworthy rich dude, André Balazs. Busson previously dated Elle Macpherson. Uma once swore off marriage after her divorces from Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke. Her reps have yet to comment.

, 23, and
, 30, last week for allegedly attempting to shake him down for $680,000 by threatening to release photos of him
taken at a party in Florida in '04.
But are the alleged extortionists evil or really stupid? Stamos' rep says the photos they threatened to sell to gossip rags are about as lascivious as Sesame Street.
They are, the rep says, "photos of John posing with fans." What's more, Stamos says he'll make the photos available to the public at the conclusion of the investigation.
Evildoers, take note: If Stamos is comfortable releasing the pics, why would he pay to keep them secret?
