In Chester County, the health department provides immunizations for children and adults at the Walk-in Immunization clinics in the government center at 601 Westtown Road in West Chester. Free vaccine is available to those who meet eligibility requirements. Vaccines are also available for a fee. Parent or guardian must accompany child and bring along the child's shot records.

The Montgomery County Health Department has increased the hours free flu vaccines are available at its three health centers throughout the county where residents can receive a free influenza immunization. More information can be found at: http://flushot.healthmap.org/.

In Delaware County, the state Health Department will offer a walk-in clinic Saturday on the campus of Penn State Brandywine in Middletown Township, where free flu shots will be available. The clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tomeszko Classroom Building, 25 Yearsley Mill Rd., off Route 352. More information is available on the county website at www.co.delaware.pa.us.

The Bucks County Health Department is still taking appointments for flu shots. Contact 215-345-3318 to make a date at one of the three locations in Doylestown, Quakertown and Levittown.

In Camden County, the health department had scheduled additional flu shot locations, including one from 9 a.m. to noon today at the Cherry Hill Municipal Building, 820 Mercer Street.
