1 1/2 cups skim milk or milk alternative
1/2 cup rinsed quinoa
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Nuts and seeds
Bring milk, vanilla, cinnamon and quinoa to a boil in a small saucepan.
Simmer, covered, until most of milk is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup.
